Mark S. Wheeler

Biography

Attorney Wheeler formerly represented two Chapter 13 Trustees (The Honorable Craig Phelps and The Honorable Tom Vaughn) in downtown Chicago for a period spanning fifteen years during a twenty year tenure as a
licensed attorney. His knowledge of bankruptcy practice and procedure is well recognized by members of the Chicago bankruptcy bar. Additionally, Mr. Wheeler is regarded by his peers as a lawyer's lawyer due to his uncompromising integrity and reasonableness in the
courtroom.  Finally, Mr. Wheeler attended ten straight annual conferences of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT), and was a panelist at the 2004 annual conference in Chicago.

Biography

Attorney Patel concentrates her practice in consumer bankruptcy and related counseling. Ms. Patel is experienced in all aspects of consumer bankruptcy practice including filing under both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Over the last 11 years, Ms. Patel has appeared in court and attended creditor's meetings on behalf of her clients.  Ms. Patel is fluent in Gujarati and proficient in Hindi.

Alicia Macias

Biography

Alicia is fluent in both Spanish and English.  She has over ten years of experience working in consumer bankruptcy and is familiar with all aspects of the EZ filing system.  Additionally she is extremely proficient at client intake and relations, as well as creditor negotiations including loan modifications and reaffirmation agreements.   Alicia is a native Chicagoan and graduated from Bogan High School.  Alicia has  been married for 14 years and is immensely proud of her three children.
